(I was thinking maybe there is a hidden suit they are trying to bring back and one night they get Chilled away from James and get James in the suit, finding out he can work it and he is permanently connected to the suit, which causes all the animatronics to get human forms and James and Chilled get more intimate?)

James slid back into the chair, sighing, "This is going to be a long week" He mumbled.
