As Snow popped a handful of pills into her mouth, her mother answered the door and raised a brow, "Why are you here? To see Snow right? What has that bitch done now?!" Snow's mother growled.

Parker was struck speechless by her absolute lack of any sort of care for her daughter. "She didn't do anything, ma'am, I came to apologize to her."

"I dont know, she's probably in her room" The woman scoffed and walked back to the living room, leaving the door open.

Parker followed her in after a second, realizing Snow's mother hadn't given him any sort of clues as to where her room was. Scratching his head, he took a left turn and went down the hallway, peeking into a bathroom and her parent's room before coming to another door.

Snow collapsed to the floor with a loud 'thud' and a tiny whimper, her wrists were cut badly and she was extremely skinny, the pill bottle rolled out of her hand and spilled onto the floor.

From the other side of the door Parker heard a sickening thud and quickly turned the doorknob, hoping it wasn't locked? "Snow?" He asked quietly.

The door was actually unlocked, so it opened smoothly, revealing Snow on the ground, her thin form was sprawled on the ground and limp, the number of pills still in the bottle had fallen out once the bottle had hit the ground out of Snow's hand.

Parker's eyes widened and he ran to her side, carefully scooping her up and running back towards the front door, then out to his bike.

Her body was still limp and she whimpered quietly, her ears back and blood running from her wrists.

Pascal removed a cable tie from a small box built into the back of the bike, tying her wrists together and bringing the loop over his head, securing her around his waist. He throttled off, driving faster than he'd ever dared to before.

She was still bleeding badly and hadnt moved much besides when he moved her around, her tail was limply curled around her leg.

Parker didn't make any sort of attempt to talk to her either, the noise of his engine probably would have drowned out his voice anyways. Arriving at the hospital, he carefully held her up as he slid out from under her arms and then picked her up, carrying her into the Emergency Room lobby.

Snow was limp and nurses took her away immediately, another came over and began asking him basic questions about Snow before she'd begin the other questions, "What's her name? Age? Date of birth? Medical history?" She asked gently.

Parker gulped, a little unsure of most of the information. "She's Snow Lankar, 16, I don't know what her birthday is, and I don't know. I'm not related to her." After a moment, he grasped the nurse's forearm. "Please, don't let her die. I caused this..."

The nurse wrote what she could down then flinched slightly, "We'll try sir, but we need to know what she took" The nurse said calmly, "If we know what she took, the best we can do is save her from dying by putting her into a coma, but that's about it, after that it's up to her if she wants to continue living" She explained.

Parker sat down against one of the walls and put his face in his hands. He blamed himself for all of this. He'd done it. He'd basically killed the only constant in his shitty life, the only person he could count on.

Hours later, the same nurse walked in, "We've stabilized her, but we had to put her into a coma to save her" The nurse explained.

"We dont know, now its up to her, she may not want to wake" The nurse explained in a soft voice, "I can take you to her room, if you want to go" She added.

Parker froze, unsure of whether or not he could bring himself to see her. You did this, you suffer for it. "Yes." He finally responded, his tail drooping as he stood up.

The nurse nodded and walked him to Snow's room, opening the door, the skinny girl laid limply in the bed, plenty of different machines hooked up to her, most were the ones keeping her alive.
