The dog pulled away and lightly gripped her sleeve, trying to pull her inside, whining loudly.

She quickly wrapped her jacket around him and shuddered, a cold wind blasting through the door. She pulled some meat out of the basket she'd brought, setting it on the floor for the dog.

The dog gave a old sounding bark and slowly ate, glancing up at his shivering master, relaxing when his master's shivering slowly stopped.
